These are the new Special Stages featured in the alpha test of version 5.0. I personally added the audio CD track because it can't be obtained on an emulator. I believe that the audio CD can be obtained by connecting your Mega CD to the Sega Mega Drive when you play it on the Real Hardware. These Special Stages are unstable so that the writing above the screen "Get 100 Rings" lag. When I finished the Special Stage without success the game crashed, probably crashing by detecting Andress Error, a very famous error among rom hacks.
