I was bored, so I made NeoN in a Dallas Stars hockey jersey.

New type of "NeoN' concept I made, it's like NeoN but he has star powers instead of neon powers.

Glow effects were made by me in Flipaclip tho.

His name is "Spatium-Stellae NeoN"
