If you ask me for context of this i'll explain you.
There's a guy (I won't link his account) who cancelled a Undertale Fangame and posted that if anyone wants to own the game they must pay him $15 on his paypal.
Of course this is very wrong, for make people to pay for your game you must make a original game and not a fangame of a game, obvioulsly this guy got really mad because people "bullied" him because of this.
