Sorry it's been awhile, have been busy on another project which I will ask you to check out if you like my games.... just don't expect anything this game is oftering, as it uses a whole new set of characters.


To make this simple this new demo I'm working on for this game will contain many things that will make this new demo special, namely the introduction of "special names" which will add something to your playing experience but will, (When I get to adding them) prevent any out-of-game benefits like high scores.


Special Names

When you are asked to give your name you may choose, instead, to use a special name, of which only one will be added with the next demo. These names may make the game harder, they may change the story by changing the main character, they may add a team member, they may add an item, but you will never get all bonuses at once(Maybe if I make a getfixedboi styled special name) and these special names are considered alternate timelines so scenes where the player's name is said will have the name replaced with just Player


WHERE IS CLASSIC MODE?!?!?!

I haven't started much work on that, all that has been added for it was the original Bad Guy sprites for when the mode is on, it isn't implemented yet though. The mode is going to make the player have 80% of their base stats as well, and will name a "SPECIAL" name, in that putting in classic, Classic, or CLASSIC will still ask for your name but will also turn on Classic mode, but that name hasn't been made and I will have to make use of the old version of the painful battles to await... Yeah... maybe I'll have to eat the 80% stats thing... eh, it'll be a pain but I promise it'll work, not to mention but...


Milestones are coming soon!!!

My favorite of the planned features is adding the Gamejolt API to this so I can add rewards for certain challenges or activating the Classic mode, as well as beating all the bosses in the classic mode and that means that yes all bosses will have a classic mode team, especially ones who weren't in the original demo that sucked ass, and bosses who were but didn't get a change in the semi-remake will be getting a boost in stats at the beginning of their fight, indicated by the narrator saying, "It seems this boss is extra angry..." this same message will appear for any boss that I felt had a good set-up without any extra enemies, since, like, one boss is shared between the two versions. But all bosses will have two rewards, one for normal mode, and one for Classic mode, in classic you will get both: the normal in-game reward, and the Classic mode in-game reward, however you must beat the boss twice in two different runs for all the milestones to be unlocked. The game will award another bonus fight for those who do the also soon to be added...


BOSS RUSH?!?!?!

Yes, with the plan to eventually include a boss rush mode where the player and their team of four will tackle all the boss fights in the game(both paths are tackled seperately and dialogue is removed for all fights in this mode, BUT! There is a cost to fight them all, and that is a "secret" boss fight where you fight against the monster behind the journey(Any guesses?) equiped with special dialogue where the characters question everything that's happened up till then... Be sure to save your healing items for the final fight ;).

YES! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE THAT I CAN'T REVEAL RIGHT NOW AS IT WOULD SPOIL THE STORY, ALL OF THIS WILL BE EXPANDED UPON IN THE FINAL VERSION! Please enjoy want content will be added in version two of the semi-remake, so please be ready for somewhat random updates.
