This means that you will take damage if you try to dash him at that moment. Once its core goes out, you have time to attack. In the video, all enemies dash almost at the same time, but actually, every Dasher will have his own cooldown time, which will greatly complicate things for player. Well, as always, it is worth mentioning that this is not the final version, and there will definitely be various improvements in the behavior of Dashers.
