The puppet is not on the list because we still don't know that the scene they say has the puppet actually has the puppet so it's not on the list
It will probably only be on the list when someone behind the scenes of the FNAF film says if this is the case, so it's not in the film for now.
I love that the FNAF BR community looked at the name Stitchrwaith and was like "Man, Stitchrwaith is a difficult name to say and write, let's give him a badass nickname" and because of that, Stitchrwaith in the BR community is called THE SHATTERED GHOST.
