"Where do I begin with you people.
At first glance, you might view Nickelodeon as a caring company that inspires people and artists to create their cartoons, fosters imagination and creativity, and entertains audiences of all ages.
However, what happens behind the scenes is quite the opposite.
When I first started working for you, everything seemed to go well. I enjoyed meeting new colleagues, experiencing the workplace atmosphere, and even managing the schedule.
Working for you felt like a dream come true, and I was comforted and motivated to embark on this new journey. Unfortunately, that positive impression didnβt last long.
I could have maintained a favorable view of you if you hadn't treated us, your employees, poorly.
As you continued the SpongeBob SquarePants series, it became clear that prioritizing profit took precedence over the well-being of your employees. We werenβt given a break time at all. We had to grind for over 7 hours at our stations on every new SpongeBob episode, and every single time we make even one small mistake or bust our asses trying to deliver something perfect, you're still upset with the final results. You always want MORE from us. Nothing is good enough for you.
The people in that workplace whom YOU hired have been repeatedly mistreated, belittled, disrespected, and yelled at more times than I can count, including myself. My coworkers have dedicated countless years working tirelessly to meet your unreasonably high expectations, only to be treated like disposable objects in return.
Thanks to the way you have been acting, my mental health is in complete shambles. I have lost all the happiness that I could have kept for a long time, maybe until I fade away. You don't seem to recognize that your employees are exhausted by the way you act toward them, and you take pride in making those around you feel miserable.
To those who are watching, you may think I'm doing this for attention, but I'm not. To them, we aren't human beings. We are robots. We are machines. We are here to churn out low-effort garbage and remain silent.
I can hardly imagine how exhausting it would be to work here for the first time. I really can't.
However, I can just imagine how people will portray you in the near future. But in case you haven't realized who you have become, I will sum it up for you.
You've gone from a company with endless imagination, creativity, and passion into a spiteful, selfish, and greedy corporation that prioritizes profit over its viewers and employees.
You are the reason I decided to resign from this company.
You are the reason your workers feel miserable.
You are solely responsible for your downfall.
I understand that the truth can be painful, but you must confront it, regardless of the pain it may bring.
I won't hesitate to say that people will lose faith in you and in your future, if you even have one.
Those of us who have worked with you are packing our bags and leaving this toxic workplace. We hope that one day you will learn your lesson and start acting like decent human beings, instead of hiding the truth from us.
We don't know if we'll come back anytime soon, but it's highly unlikely.
For the time being, we hope to never see or hear from you again.
Goodbye." - A.R.R. (Arnold Raphael Ramsey)
Here is the script for the message scene! It took a while for me to fully complete it, but the final result didn't disappoint me!
