Underuins by @splshy . Underuins is an UNDERTALE fangame set in an alternate timeline where the Underground is ruled by King Dreemurr. His reign is one of complete dictatorship and therefore, leaving the underground in a mostly dystopian state.

The AU is similiar to Underfell, but with an actual story and reasoning to why characters ended how they are instead of the characters simply being more violent and creepy.
