Heres the thumbnail the scar in her eye is strangely heart shaped and yes the black hole in her eye is a scar caused when miku fough teto becouse teto used her demon powers to defend herself

So its not a shadow or smth its a scar

There is even a pic of what hides under the miku outfit and you can see cracks and holes in her skin
