status update (7/25/24): refurbishing


hey guys! bupdator here.

sorry for not really giving any updates on bupdator clicker, but i've finally gotten some important backend stuff done along with some visual updates.

Shop Themes

by pressing your keyboard's number keys while in the shop, you can change the shop's theme. there will be 3 themes, including the default theme.

Data Saving (FINALLY)

after around 3 hours of frustration, i have finally figured out how to make your data save as long as you're logged into gamejolt.

The iFone Redesign

the iFone has been completely redesigned, and is no longer a png.

the computer app is going to be used to access the other routes mentioned in the previous status update (https://gamejolt.com/p/status-update-everlast-and-more-read-article-zutzy8kv).

The Big Reveal

the last thing i'd like to announce is that bupdator clicker is officially getting a DEMO next month. this demo will have:

  • the shop

  • all shop themes available

  • tweeter

  • the intro cutscene

  • data saving

as well as POSSIBLY a new main menu!
