Since his game was hacked and looked through then reset, it kinda glitches everyone out and the and the game files tryed to fix it by putting everything back together but it ended up having everyone looking like they were made out of fabric. And with that their dialog can sometimes glitch out when they talk then repeat themselves to correct it

Stitch does it on purpose to new comers and Papyrus has to translate

EDIT: stitch can’t change his dialog from the glitched out. I had to fix it lol
