... So that title is actually true, haha!
Anyways, welcome to the next part of the 2nd Sundusket DevLog! This DevLog will mostly be about some details of the story and what connects to the overall game. So, here we go!
• Chiaroscuro - Chiaroscuro is a combination of the Light World and Dark Worlds of this universe. All of the fountains compressed into artifacts known as TREASUREs. While they are no longer needed for a Dark World to still exist, they contain tremendous power... and can fetch quite a price under the table.
• Etten Urbans - Etten is the city that Ares not only lives in, but works in as well. The Bounty Hunter Corps are located there. Underneath, however, is something sinister...
• The Denseways - The Denseways are complex tunnels and pipes that make up an entire city's sewer system. When the Light and Dark Worlds were combined, this caused The Denseways to fuse with a Dark World. The grime started to come to life once more Darkners started living there, creating new Darkners that have taken over the once peaceful tunnels. There are subsections of The Denseways as well, such as the Starter Sewers, Repulsive Rivers, and Krunch's Auditorium.
One more thing... The Sundusket OST on SoundCloud will not only get some new tracks soon, but also there's now going to be distinct thumbnails for Chapters 1-3, as well as playlists for each! I'm still going to keep the full OST playlist up, but for organization purposes, I thought it would be neat.
One more one more thing (yeah this makes sense grammatically... I think), There will be more news and progress in the upcoming months because... I now have a PC to use again! Ever since my last one broke, I've found my old laptop in the house that I moved out of 2 years ago. This means that I can start coding (thanks to Kristal engine lmao). Things will go a lot smoother!
Now for some unhappy news. @Parkerino
has left the team due to not working on the project much. This was their decision and I wish them the best for future projects that they work on!
Aaaaannnd that wraps up this DevLog! I'm very excited to continue the journey of game making very poorly lol.
