Super epic behind the scenes images showing how bad Phobia: The Awakening's models actually are for laughs.

Murray's UV map for his textures. This is not ideal at all.

Most UVs are "project from view".

Their masks are paper thin (for optimization reasons), and you can see their hair clipping through their (not even fully modeled out) heads from inside their mouths.

Literally what kind of facial structure is this??? Look at the jaw, too.

Because I used "project from view" for their body's UVs, the textures are mirrored to the opposite side.

They also have horrific topology that'll make talented artists run away screaming.

This is somewhat improved with the Showman's models, but not by a whole lot, mind you.

At least I'm improving!

I think...

Trying to improve how I draw humans (which I rarely do) so I can give myself some actual reference for their updated 3D models and to give them some nicer stylization.

Also yes this is a concept sketch of Dean’s new design.

January 14th, 2008…

VERY exciting news for Range Engine came out a while back! 2.0 sounds really promising!

Thankfully I’m only working on assets, plans, and scripts for my games right now, so maybe 2.0pre1 will be out by the time I’m ready to do programming!

Please I don't know how to draw fans

The stream motivated me a lot, I'm really happy with this drawing!!

Big update on the overall SHOWMAN'S series!

A joke I made with @Sillylilman that turned into a good idea for a drawing

Nightmare Mark

I once said on my stream that if the SHOWMAN’S animatronics were animals, they’d actually be a band of alley cats! I do have a drawing of Showman, who’d actually be named Tuxy, as I feel more fun names would better suit them as animals.

3,000 followers is actually insane. I wouldn't have made a decade old series of shitposts into something genuinely so cool nowadays without you guys.

Phobia: The Awakening's 5th anniversary is on August 27th.

SHOWMAN! 1!1!1!

Happy Holidays from Showman and his friends and family!
