Super Gear Quest Demo updated

Hey everyone!

SGQ’s demo has been updated. Some new fixes and stuff, but most importantly, the hit detection should now be much more solid. Before, you’d occasionally get odd hit detection with projectiles going through you, and the projectiles from the Bloodsquid enemy going through certain walls. As well as items sometimes being hard to pick up, or not getting picked up instantly.
Some tiles have also been updated, making some places look much nicer. Hope you enjoy!

Also, reminder that Super Gear Quest is on Steam Greenlight! If you haven’t voted yet, go here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=778074406

So

i may or may not make an full art of some person or i may just leave this like that-

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Fan art for Foolish I'm feeling kinda better so I drew this

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Microsoft Windows XP Unprofessional (windows logo prototype)

Why walk when you can jump?

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?
