It usually comes in a vial or potion bottle.

After 1 minute of drinking it, you will have stomach pain and your throat will feel like it is burning.

After 2 minutes of drinking it, you will vomit out blood.

After 3 minutes of drinking it, you will start to melt, starting from the stomach.

After 5 minutes of drinking it, you will have completely dissolved, and you are dead by then.

After 10 minutes of drinking it, you will have evaporated.

After 15 minutes of drinking it, everything you own will disappear, and everyone will have forgotten about you.

After 20 minutes of drinking it, you will be alive again but you will be sent to the void.

The only way to get it is to let liquid pain rot up and that is extemely rare. Even if it does, it would take decades.
