Surprise! Game Patch! (Version 1.4.1)

* Some troublesome bugs in Chapter 1 SHOULD be fixed
* Offline Version no longer has zip files, its all .html
* Offline Version routes have a unique code typer now


@MateyMarc Ya hear that Marc? Offline should be able to work now!

(also if the bugs in chapter 1 aren't fixed then lmk)
