*HUGE UPDATE* It's been a few days now, and someone at YouTube a human has responded! It sounds like my issue will be escalated to a higher-level team at YouTube.

*UPDATE* Unfortunately, after multiple emails with YouTube, they've decided to keep my channel demonetized and remove me from the YPP. I expected this outcome, as appeals rarely succeed. Despite providing proof, they remain firm in their decision.
