Team Glitch?


Hey Guys!

I have been thinking for quite a while now about making a team. I have noticed that the most successful and good looking games have a whole team of people working on it. Looking at my game, there are a lot of rival games other Glitchtale games being developed to compete with. There are Glitchtale games that haven’t even been announced to the public coming up. I do not want to offend any other Glitchtale developers. I actually consider them all to be friends. But the reaction Camila gave me when I asked her, that was the reaction that let me know this was the first time she has heard of this. Being the first one to make it known to Cami and to keep her updated on it, it makes me feel that this game has to be the best game you guys have ever seen.

That is why I have considered making “Team Glitch”. This way, you can all have a great gameplay experience. Working solo may work for some people well such as RickyG, but I’ll be honest, I am not the best coder in the world. I have seen better coders rise out of nowhere coming out with better Glitchtale games coming around soon. There are however pros and cons about this.

Pros of creating Team Glitch

  • Gameplay will come out better

  • This game will stand out from other Glitchtale games

Cons of creating Team Glitch

  • Demo will not be released this Christmas

  • Game will take longer since I will be waiting on a lot of people

I think I am really going to do this. Do not worry much guys. The story and general idea is not changing. I am only planning on changing the coding and design.

So I’ve finally made the switch to GameMaker: Studio 2 and work on Update 2.0 has begun!!

This menu should kinda show you what I’m aiming for. Same game but improved and optimized.

Everything looks promising! A lot of plans yall have been asking for.

Fun fact: when I released the Puppet update, there was a gap here on the locator map. That's because Springtrap was always planned to come first. Just ended up changing my mind!
