First patch will add a new building and a new mechanic - Townhouse and Hiring

Townhouse will be the first building you are starting with and after upgrade it lets you hire workers

Workers can auto-collect resources or manage stocks(*will be soon too).

Done some invisible progress today. Now all of the tiles on screen have their own entities and all of them are clickable and have some description. Also added Inventory to families( they are represented by buildings they own).

I draw 5 more building tiles. Church, Sauna, Healer's House, Palisade and tier3 House. That's how new Tile Pallete looks like.

P.S. Locations that i made for screenshots bugged a little. Here they are.
