Thank you all for over 3,000 followers + Mini-Update + officially been a year in development!


Hey everyone! First off, I wanted to thank everyone for following the game and being interested in it. The responses of the game have surprised me and knowing that we've been working on this for a year with so much done (in terms of gameplay) has also surprised me. It's been a life-changing time in my life where I'm glad to continue developing the game for you all!


Mini-Update

For those who want to know about the progress of the game currently, it's been going swimmingly. Since back in January with the showcase of the updated customization menu, it taught me what I can update with my code, ui visually, and more.

It's in rough looking states currently, as I will be working on all the visuals after I'm finished with the dialogue setups and shop/fishing ui (I kinda forgot about fishing when I was writing this so I'm hoping to squeeze that into the demo too but I'll have to see what happens). The main menu's ui is actually complete and the settings menu still needs to have the Controls tab done (unsure if you'll be able to change your controls so it'll most likely be pictures/icons) but everything controls amazingly.

I'll hopefully get all of that done for the March Devlog since I'm currently focusing on my schoolwork for college, but rest assured, we are still working on the game

I accidentally made it sound like we were cancelling the project (whoops on my part), but we are still continuing it.

I am very grateful for the amount of people still sticking with us on this journey to make an amazing game. I am still grabbing onto the hope of getting a demo out at the very end of 2025 or, at the very least, beginning of 2026. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you

I'll be making a March Devlog talking about UI, settings, etc. so that there is transparency with how rough everything looks atm. See ya soon!

Next up

Wanted to annonce that the next devlog will be in the middle of May, so be sure to keep an eye on that! In the meantime, here's a screenshot of what Mendo's Endos looks like right now.

Also for people wondering, I did make Control Settings for you to change the inputs of the game to buttons on your keyboard or mouse.

Many people were having issues where they couldn't get inputs to work (I think it's cause of unicode key inputs)

Here's what the View Mode of the Tycoon looks like now.

Many people wanted the ability to hide the UI as well as take screenshots in-game. You can also open the file location of the screenshots and are separated by the name of your pizzeria!

Currently WIP of the Tycoon Section UI so far (View Mode not worked on yet).

Biggest thing that needed improvement was having the user actually use other draw options and have better ways to find all the items, decor, and animatronics in one mode.
