It's called "My Saddest Day", you can already guess it's based on the "Happiest Day" minigame from FNaF 3.

"I am not the sunshine! I am not the moon at night!" Yes this is technically "Dr. Sunshine is Dead" Fan art. (There are two references to Doll Eyes by TWISTED DOCTER here but one's cover by my finger. It says "Happy Juice". See if you can find the other.)
