(ok i'm pretty sure gamejolt limits videos to 30 fps but i'm sure you notice the difference)
if you're curious as to how you can do this:
go to yanfly core engine in your scripts
go to line 180
change animation rate to 1
for the animations themselves, you need to pick the one you want, and then multiply the current amount of frames by 4
good luck animating the in-betweens
i used tweening on this video just as an example of this being possible, i'm not trying to actually make them look good
