Death around every corner
Even if the tournament was to test their strength, there were lots of situations where they could've died and NO ONE did anything
Prune Juice Cookie bleeding out? (As no one expect him knew that it wasn't real blood)
Gelato Trio Cookie was unphased
The whole maze burning down? No one tried to stop the paladin (I will be calling her that because I've got no idea how to spell her name and I don't wanna look every time)
Gelato Trio Cookie did say that the 'rescue team' (which was only him alone) would take care of it in 10 minutes but if he failed, both Capsciainsugduhshd
....
Both the spice overlord and him would die
There is also the whole 3rd round itself being an obvious threat to the contestants lives
What was that, hunger games? They could've died so many times which was NOT the point of the whole tournament
The mental damage
Oh you know well what I'm going to talk about
The psychopathic, ridiculous, abusive round 2
In round 2 the contestants had to face their TRAUMAS in which the spice overlord had a mental breakdown, causing danger to himself and everything around him
And the probably worst of all, the headmasters and overall everyone knew about this and didn't question the round AT ALL
'oh but this was to help them overcome their traumas!'
May I remind you that a similar situation happened before?
When?
Oh well maybe just in the story of THE COOKIES OF DARKNESS when Pomegranate Cookie showed Dark Choco Cookie HIS TRAUMATIC PAST
'oh but she had bad intentions and in the Triple Cone Cup they wanted them to grow!'
They did literally the same thing as Pomegranate did except under different circumstances
Just because the intentions weren't cruel doesn't mean it wasn't cruel
And, as I mentioned before, it caused not only mental but also physical damage because of the spice overlord's burst of fire and lava in a desparate attempt to free himself from the shackles (which COMPLETELY freaked him out since, again, it was LITERALLY HIS TRAUMA)
The insanity of Gelato Trio Cookie
Now, I think we can all agree that Gelato Trio Cookie wasn't (never was) in the right mind
He'd constantly talk to himself, treating himself as completely different cookies
He'd also call himself a whole GROUP of cookies
In the first trial, you can see how numb he was to blood and death, by not paying attention to how hurt Prune Juice Cookie was (pretended to be)
He was not a cookie of the right mind so how come he was allowed to host such an important event? There were 3 SCHOOLS present, whenever something happened, he never actually did anything
It was always the contestants doing everything
Lives were put in danger because of his inability to function properly
Understaff
There is nothing much to say about this
The whole tournament was simply understaff
Gelato Trio Cookie was the only cookie who hosted this and took the role of EVERYONE
Just imagine if they at least had a couple of security cookies
They could go and save the spice overlord and actually stop the paladin from going there since it was very irresponsible to just go in there as she was in this place only ONCE (now I'm not saying she did the wrong thing, it was very heroic and she literally saved the other contestants but she shouldn't be the one doing that, security should!)
They could've also evacuated the students in round 4 when the Candy Golem appeared and attacked
It was NOT the contestants' responsibility to distract the golem and endangering their lives
The leaders of the schools
As the leaders, their job was to make sure that everything was safe for their students
Meanwhile not only did they trust such an unstable cookie to host the event, they also saw NOTHING wrong in the 2nd round which I mentioned before
They endangered their students lives and felt nothing but pride
The most mature cookies were the contestants who cared about each others lives, even if they were competiting against each other because they didn't want each other to die
They showed so much care for one another, saving each other from doom
They shouldn't have to be the ones making sure that it was safe
The leaders should've checked everything to make sure that all the rounds and the area was safe and not deadly
The absolute instanity of this event is terrifying
The contestants suffered physical and mental damage, greater than they should've in such a tournament
I find it lucky that they even came out alive
It was a complete disaster yet no cookie noticed anything wrong with it
And that was my article about how the Triple Cone Cup was a deadly and irresponsible event
