OceanTale Whimsun is a rare skin. Drops out of the skin box with a 1/25 chance.
Effect: "Sticky Seaweed" - When human takes damage from Whimsun's attack, he slows down by 20% for 2 seconds
Lemon Loox is a epic skin. Drops out of skin box with a 1/100 chance.
Effect: "Fear" - The effectiveness of human healing items is 30% less
