Passive:Welded Together

Once chase begins,the chased survivor can't get 250 studs away from Phen (they just reach a barrier). The barrier goes down after 10 seconds and gets put on a 40 second cooldown,this passive only works on one survivor at a time.

Ability 1:Happy Sounds

Trumpets and laugher of thousands will start playing where Phen is,this drains stamina from nearby Survivors until they either run away to not get affected or until they lose 40 stamina.

Ability 2:Memory of The Face

Once activated,any survivor that looks at Phen will get paralyzed for 3s or until they are hit by him. The window for paralyzing if 2 seconds long.

Ability 3:Miracle of Birth

A large amount of blood rains on Phen,creating a tv next to him (basically Inkfells portals in PC2). If a survivor is near when you teleport to one,they lose 50 DMG. You can only have 5 of these at once.
