🦋let me explain!

1. 🦋when you feel like you wanna s/h, grab a marker or pen and draw a butterfly on your hand, arm, or where you wanted to s/h at

2. 🦋name the butterfly after a friend, loved one, or someone who wants you to get better

3. 🦋no scrubbing of the butterfly, instead let it fade naturally.

4. 🦋if you s/h before it fades, you killed it. If you don't s/h, they live.

5. 🦋If you have more than 1 and s/h, they all die.

6. 🦋another person can draw one on you, these are VERY special, take great care of it.

7. 🦋even if you don't s/h, you can still draw one, and name it after someone you want to get better.
