Level Design (I'm going to make the Green Hill level design for Tails, and I will also be making the Marble Zone level design that will be used in both the Sonic & Tails portion of the game)

A brand new character has been revealed!
This may be a total downgrade for the artwork, but it is what it is. I wasn't able to make a background for Metropolis, since I don't have the color pallete for it.
