Hey everyone!
As the title suggests, this is the last devlog I’m doing for this game. As such, I want to say a few words about the development of this game.
It’s been an amazing three-four months of creating this game, and I feel that it was worth it in the end. However, this wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for a few fine folks…
Scott Cawthon: For inspiring me to make video games with his Five Nights at Freddy’s series.
JacketJosh and Cheyenam: For helping me with voice acting and the soundtrack. I hope you guys go on to do amazing things!
The beta testers: For helping me figure out what was wrong with the game and fixing it.
The MIT Media Lab and Snap! For providing the tools used to create this game.
My family and friends: For supporting me
Coca-Cola: For keeping me awake at night.
And a very special mention must be given to sidewalks for keeping me off the streets. ;)
Now, for a very important question: What comes next?
Well, I AM making the Survival Mode for ONaSC: SL. The game page is up, and I highly recommend you follow it so you can be alerted when it comes out. Also, I’ll be devlogging on that page from now until my next game, so… yeah.
Go check it out: http://gamejolt.com/games/one-night-at-scratch-cat-s-sl-survival-mode/209372
I would say what I’m working on after Survival Mode, but that’s a story for another day.
Now, before I go, I want to make a very special thanks to a very special person…
YOU.
That’s right, you! In front of the computer! Reading this devlog!
Even if you never heard of this game before reading this, I still thank you. Thanks for giving my game a chance.
It’s been a great ride with you all. We’ve had some ups, we’ve had some downs. But in the end, the game is released and done with.
Thank you, all of you. You make my life amazing.
See you in Survival Mode. :)
