now onto features

each character will get their own world and youll have to beat that respective world to unlock the character

the game will maybe feature skins ( maybe customizable maybe just skins like palet swaps or slight visual changes )

levels with gimmicks ( hopefully not too annoying ones )

bosses themed around each world

each custom character will feature either a different playstyle or set of abilities

if i am forced to make it in unity ill add a feature like the 3d visual change super paper mario does in that game where you can change the 2d style into a 3d style ( to discovers secrets and stuff )

maybe ill add a bossrush or extra's menu

revive unused content from almost all 2d mario games

bring back old and abandoned features like the snailcorn and blueshell from new mario bros ds or basically anything from the mario land series

maybe add some powerups from other games like super mario bros 3 and super mario maker 1 and 2

give each world a set of custom power ups ( as well as keeping old ones )

add refferences to media i like ( maybe in secret rooms )

add the backrooms for anyone who tries to cheat ( or just as a secret level maybe both )

hope to god that nintendo wont strike it down becouse i will put the parody patent on it

fix any bug i see ( except the funny ones that dont really hinder the gameplay )

add exciting platforming ( im looking at myself for this becouse i never made a fun mario maker stage so i better torture myself by looking at 1-1 from the original mario 500 times so i can understand basic level geomtry and challenge )

build a level for each character and not just one so its fun

ill only add exclusive characters gimmicks for secrets just for replayability as well as maybe achievements

moveset ( concept )

mx ( mario 85 ) you can run and get momentum use that momentum to break blocks and other things ( basically wario on steroids )

mario ( just mario from the original mario bros )

l is real ( he is the easy mode character and is unlocked via a secret he can float above the ground resists most attacks and his jump is higher and floatier he can also just phase through blocks that are in the way so i might have to give the ground blocks a sepperate id so l is real can float on it without falling off and dying )
