The game is going to have a mature rating because of the intense violence and body gore I will be talking about what the game is set in and who the characters are in this devlog.

The game is in the 1960's of Japan Taiwan under martial law of the white terror period. The characters are Wei and Ray that are students of Greenwood High school (翠華中學), which is located in a mountainous area where they are at. Ray in the game is haunted by a Japanese unsettling evil spirits called as the lingered (魍魎). The game is going to have puzzles and mechanics that you are going to use at your will. The mechanics that you are going to use is such as a candle, a flashlight, and also a match. The game will also have cassette tapes, and drawings as well that is going to discuss about the lore. The game will have bone chilling and disturbing cinematic scenes as well. The game is set to have a 2026/2027 release date.

Hey guys the reason why I've not been posting for my game is because I have been working on concept art for the characters and monsters of the game.

The remake will not have any of that love interest and romance stuff. The reason why I'm saying this Is because I wanted the remake to have Mr Chang as this father role and not her love interest.

Let the game cook a little longer, the sooner the better the game gets worked on!! (GΔ“mu wa mō sukoshi nitsumeyou. Hayakereba hayai hodo, kuoriti mo agaru kara ne!).

Remember that first post that story post that I talked about. Well you see that’s not final yet but the story of the remake will be taking a different approach than the original game.

I will only be using Blender for my animations and ghost designs as well. The reason why i'm only using that for my animations is because the rest of the game will just be used in Unreal Engine 5.

In the original game Wei was in the beginning of the game but due to me having original characters that I got from ChatGPT I decided to scrap his character and replace him with Kai in the remake.

The songs in the game are going to be used in some scenes but some of it will be used in the trailers as well. The songs such as Dark sample ambient and Dark ambient synth ( reversed) and My grandfahers clock. will be used in the trailers.

The trailers are going to give you this metaphorical vibe of religious stuff and even in the full game as well. Thought shalt not be killed is the religious theme of the game.
