Dough:
💭 flour - 300 g;
🥠 butter - 100 g;
🍯 honey - 100 g;
🥚 yolk - 2 pcs.;
🥢cinnamon - 1 tsp;
🧂 soda - 1 tsp;
🍶 ginger - 0.5 tsp;
🥜 cardamom - 0.5 tsp
Glaze:
🧂 powdered sugar - 150 g;
🥚 egg white - 1 pc.;
🎨 food coloring optional.
1️⃣Put soft butter in a deep bowl, add flour, yolks, honey, powdered sugar, soda and spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom). Stir the ingredients.
2️⃣Knead the dough on a board sprinkled with flour and knead until smooth.
3️⃣Wrap the finished dough in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
4️⃣Roll out the chilled dough into a layer half a centimeter thick and cut out the shape with a glass.
5️⃣Line a baking sheet with parchment and lay out the cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
6️⃣Combine the protein and icing sugar for the glaze, mix lightly, and then beat until a smooth white mass. You can divide the glaze into parts by adding dye to some or decorate with pure white. But Bonehead will be happy if you portray him😃
