Greetings Everyone!! my name is James Cerda, I'm 12 years old, I was born on July 9 2009. I used to be a big fan of Yo Gabba Gabba when I was little, but not anymore.. Why is that you may ask? There was a lost episode that I watched when I was 10 back in 2019.
The Story:
When my parents worked at nickelodeon, my parents decided to take me where they worked. When we got there, I was told to go into some strange room. When I went inside the room, there were little kids there. My parents came back with some sort of Yo Gabba Gabba VHS tape. Then, the manager came in and said "there's a long lost episode of Yo Gabba Gabba. If you like it, we'll send it to your parents at no time" in a cheery tone. All the kids and me began cheering as my parents inserted the VHS tape in the VHS player. The TV went on a static screen, which was odd.
The episode began with the intro, but something was off. Muno was green and Brobee was red, Toodee was pink and Foofa was blue, and Plex was orange and DJ Lance Rock was wearing a Yellow suit. The video began with Toodee and Brobee playing with a strange looking ball thingy. Brobee throws the ball at Toodee, and Toodee does the same with Brobee. When Toodee throws it, it hits Brobee in the head, and he starts crying. That's when something weird happened. The video suddenly froze, and I couldn't interact with it in any way. The episode unfroze, but... there was something terribly different.
Instead of throwing a ball, Brobee and Toodee were throwing a butcher knife at each other. And instead of Brobee getting hit in the head, he gets stabbed. Right in the middle of his head. There was blood spewing from the cut, and his eyes and mouth.
I managed to grab a screenshot just before he left the frame.
Toodee screamed and she went to tell the others about Brobee, and Muno (the red cyclops) ran outside as fast as he could. But when he made it to Brobeeland, Brobee was gone. No trace of him being stabbed, not even one drop of blood on the ground. The video froze again, but after about 3 seconds, the video completely restarted. This time, it was nothing like the last two iterations.
It appeared that the camera was just laying on Foofaland. It was like that for about one minute, then DJ Lance Rock came in with the Toodee plush and picked the camera up. I realized that the camera was picking up the events before the video began. DJ Lance held the Toodee plush in front of the camera as if he knew the camera was filming. The plush was completely ripped up, almost as if it was stabbed multiple times. It was also completely covered in blood.
Then there was an abrupt knock at the door, and DJ Lance put the camera back on his table along with the Toodee plush. In the background, I could hear him opening his front door, followed by a screeching voice that sounded a lot like Brobee. I heard a gunshot and then a huge thump, along with the camera shaking violently. Blood pooled in from where the front door was, and Brobee came into the scene with a pistol in his hand.
It looked like he still had the wound from the knife. Erin Pearce was very clearly holding him, and there was blood coming from where her hand was, almost as if she was stabbed in the hand along with Brobee. She didn't notice the camera at first during that segment. There was some camera glitching after Brobee finally saw the camera, and the video restarted once again.
It was the exact same scene from the second iteration, but Toodee was nowhere to be seen. The scene cut to Brobee, but he didn't have any reactions. He wasn't even moving. The camera panned down and Toodee's mangled corpse came into view. She was brutally murdered, presumably by Brobee. The video cut to static, and it finally ended. I was shocked by the video. I just tried to forget about it by turning on my TV. Just after turning it on, it cut to a breaking news segment.
The segment was about how a mass murder took place in Florida. I thought of it as a coincidence for some reason. The news said it was then spreading to surrounding states, and there was no way to stop it. They said they were gonna show a clip of the killer in action, but for some reason the video was complete TV static. I don't know if this was a mistake, but it sure was creepy. As of writing this, there have been no recent incidents in my state. I sure hope it stays that way.
Then the video ended. After it ended, all the kids began crying uncontrollably, and my parents were both terrified.
My parents contacted the Yo Gabba Gabba! creator, and told them "Why Could You Do This??" and told them about the VHS Tape. I was actually shocked, and not just shocked, but also... DISTURBED!!!
The Creator of Yo Gabba Gabba! then replied with, "Where did you find this VHS Tape from? We are very sorry that the kids' dreams were destroyed. But there was a hacker that created the episode and managed to show the episode inside our studio. Reports say that the people in the studio that watched the episode were terrified, and one of them was immediately escorted to the hospital, due to an underlying medical condition triggered into effect by the footage. We are very sorry for making the kids scared, and we'll send you great stuff".
The next day, they sent my parents some thomas and friends dvds, teletubbies dvds, barney dvds, and the backyardigans dvds. There was also one more thing that was in a cake wreckage. It was a "we are sorry" cake. I actually liked the things they sent us. My Uncle Jordan then came to visit me. The episode I watched was extremely disturbing. I never thought someone like that hacker would make this episode. It was extremely shocking, and all the other kids were extremely traumatized as I was as well because of this.
I never told anyone about that scarring episode, not until now.... Be extremely careful of that scarring VHS Tape please, seriously, I am begging you.....
