The mini-game is currently in development, but we do have to say that it is looking great, we cannot wait for you to try it out.


A couple of weeks ago, thanks to our amazing Kickstarter backers, we were able to reach the $30k stretch goal. This meant that we would have to add a new parody mini-game to Indiecalypse.

Since we wanted the backers to be part of Indiecalypse, we decided that we would make a poll to let them decide which game would be parodied.

We saw some very interesting games being voted (and also some AAA games), and in the end, the chosen game was Hotline Miami, which we were really excited about.

The mini-game is currently in development, but we do have to say that it is looking great, we cannot wait for you to try it out.

In the meantime, here’s a preview of it from a few weeks ago (Work In Progress) where you can see some of the mechanics and a little bit of the pixel art style we will use

Heya there! I really wanted to show you all a little gameplay preview of the first boss fight i'm currently working on i hope you like it ^^

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
