Improved animation of the buttons.

Finished the menu. Most of the time is spent to add more functions to typer like applying temporary effect and force refreshing the text.

I'm trying to create an UI system on GameMaker, it seems not to be very easy due to GML lacks many useful syntax. (There'll be many new menus in GB!Sans Project.)

It's coming.
