INFO: He was about to be one of victims of Tinky Winky, but later became infected after an teletubbie titled "Guardian" left her to die. She later recovers from her mutation from an unknown person. From what we can see, she is the only one who has bandages around her. But for some reason, she has an great amount of pain (mental and physical) and holds grudge with The Guardian. There is one thing that is good, is that she is the only one who is passive to us and the rebels. There is no further information about her.
