INFO: She was one of victims of Tinky Winky and came back to life and also got unconscious when she had a fight a teletubbie titled "Guardian". She later saw her master and took their eye and the rest of it's parts as a way to get commands. From what we can see, she is the only one who has 3 forms and commands a spread called "New Borns". But for some reason, she mostly doesn't show up during battles. There is one thing that is good, is that she has some level of what she was before about an hour or two. There is no further information about her.
