The Perpetual Run v1.0.2

added:
- flickering flashlight at all times (this is a buff that only lasted 10 song seconds on normal tpr)

Fixed:
- now the hue shift is permanent (it wasn't for some reason)

I've decided that this huge project i was working on needs to stop.

with the upcoming of PERFECT CACOPHONY this mode will not be as recognized as i wanted because of the huge work PC has and this game/mode will not meet our expectations, sorry.
