The Protocannon game jam

We are on the verge of the 3rd Protocannon game jam (30&31 of May). A good opportunity to elaborate a bit more about the project.

So this Protocannon project of ours(Triangle Studios) means we will build a game every 2 months. The majority of the game however is made during the Protocannon game jam, a 2-day dev fest with beer and snacks during which the entire team(about 10 people) drops all of its work in order to make the game we love.

During the game jam we want to focus on game mechanics, gameplay, the flow of the game, etc. That’s why we always make sure to put the game design on paper and finish all the models we need to make the game.

Anyways, we will keep a live blog during the game jam, so make sure to check it out and find out what we’re making! Live blog (with live Twitchtv)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
