The game was basically supposed to be a test project so I can learn to write better in prep for my comic series. However, I had way too much ambition for this thing that I didn't even neccisarly care for.
The story was way to big and I made it way more complex than what I needed it to be. I canceled it soon after it's announcement. Some people were disapointed and kept begging me to finish it.
When I made a few vent posts about my life, they took that as "Im sad because my fnaf fangame bad". Which isn't very true. I dont care much for making fangames.
I am now working on the comic more and the story no longer matters. It's more simple and episodic through chapters. I'm focusing more on it being entertaining and funny rather than trying to tell a story.
If I went through with this mindset, I would've became the next Vivsiepop. Trying both to be deep, sad, funny and entertaining at the same time, which would've led to disaster.
Could the game turn out good if I went and tried at it again? Sure. But I'm not going to. I personally don't find making FNAF fangames fun. I don't think it' very creative to just take FNAF and add my characters to it. Even if the gameplay is slightly different, I dont like it. No offense who do take fangame creation seriously.
Please do not ask me to revive the game again. I do not care for the game. I still like Sillybee and Sunny as characters I made, but not in game form. I'm sick of people asking me to keep trying and trying to motivate me to make a game I do not want to make.
In my opinion, at some point, one SHOULD stop making fangames. You can care about whatever franchise you want, but if your entire life is basically taking someone else's great idea for a game, and slapping your characters in it, and doing that over and over. You aren't doing anything special. Don't make a video game franchise your entire personality. I would recommend doing your own thing by that point. Make something new.
That's all from me for today unless I make another shitpost or something.
