I’m back with some new features and other news about the game.

1. Votes / Winter Mode

So recently I created a poll where you all could decide whether the game should be winter themed or not. I have planned the winter setting for a long time, but I was never really sure if I should implement it.

It turns out that a lot of you want the game to be winter themed! … Now, some of you ‘No votes’ may be dissapointed that the game is changing like that. That’s why I have implemented the following feature:

Yes. You can decide if you want to have Winter Mode enabled. THE WARNED THOUGH, when you turn off winter mode many things will change. The characters adapt and act accoring to the cold weather. Winter Mode should not be turned off if you don’t want to miss big lore points. It’s mainly for people who have weaker PCs.

Enemies will also be harder to fight because of the cold. They adapt quick!

1. Demo

Of course, all my talking is for nothing if you can’t even play the thing I’m talking about. As I already said, I want to get a demo ready for this year since I can’t make the full release. So here’s some information about the demo;

You will be able to play through the first 3 areas of the game. (There are 6 areas in total). That is roughly the half of the game. All features that I have talked about in the past will be available.

‘So when is it coming out’, I hear you asking. Well… I am planning to release it on Christmas Eve. (haha get it? because the game is called fighter of eve and the demo will be released on christmas eve? ok i’ll stop).. But yeah, I’m really working hard to bring this game out to you guys.

1. New Villain Name

So, as the last, but not least topic of today I wanted to talk about ‘Nitram’. I want to change the name of said villain since there has been some confution with a certain homestuck character. I didn’t know that until recently when I looked up the name on google while chatting with some people on discord. I originally got the name from my friend Martin.

Anyways, I want to change it. This is a huge step though some many people are already familiar with the name ‘Nitram’.

So, I wanted to go with the name; Adron. Yeah, that’s sounds good I guess.

I know I do this a lot, but I really want to thank every single on of you for playing and supporting my games! It means a lot to me. I’m really working hard to get the demo ready for christmas and I want to dissapoint you.
