Sans bleeds Ketchup in the Genocide Route.
Answer:

All food in the underground is made of magic and dissapears after the monsters eat it, so it seems that Sans actually bleed.

The only monsters that bleeds are the ones in DR


Oh yeah, also, that's why food heals you in Undertale, because the food is made with magic.
