Talking about the first situation, If a member is expulsed of the production his songs, characters, designs, whatever too (Like the case of EXE and revie)
In the case that the mod will have a drama, we solve it or ingnore it, depends of the drama.
In the case that the community have toxicity by a user we go to ban him/her/they
In the case of spam about any thing we the first time we ignore it but later we ban the user what publish the spam
In the case that we have to expulls a member don't mean the mod is cancelled
In the case of some member expulse him/her/they/selft without a controvesy his work into the mod ins't expulsed with him/her/they
