  2. It mops water away. If you touch the water it stuns you for a few seconds.

  3. it mops water away (the water stuns you for a few seconds) but for a few seconds after if Gotta Mop mops you you get stunned

    (also making a wet floor event, it can mop that and maybe remove whirlpools)
