this is almost definitely going to be a "we can't shoot him because orders even though it'd solve pretty much all of our problems" situation

you'd think people would be more concerned about this but i guess protecting pedos is a higher priority

in this mission you have to avoid a ship's sonar which imo is legitimately terrifying
