If you are looking at pornography, you lack the care for your own sake and good, abandoning the time you got to seek a better, more productive way to spend your time. Instead what do you do? Waste it in unnecessary, useless and temporary pleasure. One that just leaves you empty inside, you left it all feeling even worse than before. You can choose to hurt yourself and feel regret or control your feelings and heal.

I think everyone knows the long-lasting affects on a person, right?
