Tsudzuku in Japanese is continue and yameru is quit in Japanese. When you get jumpscared this screen will show up and if you wait too long the moon will bleed red blood. If you decide to quit it will end you into the main menu of the game or if you wish to continue it will leave you where you were at but unfortunately you will have to find all your collectibles again. That means that your data is saved but not your collection that you have found in the rooms.
