Hey guys, much more positive news this time!

TLDR: SAVE YOUR USER ID ON THE LOADING SCREEN WHEN YOU ENTER THE GAME, YOU MAY NEED IT SOON!

Basically, for those of you who didn’t see, PlayFab, our server host, recently updated their methods of hosting users in a way that caused some negative effects on the game (mainly, no new account restores being available on the Freddy and Bonnie server, alongside new servers filling much quicker).

We have been looking for workarounds to this, and we’ve found one.

We will be migrating our server host from PlayFab to an entirely different host, which will bypass this issue.

One other major benefit of this switch, is you guys will all be on one server now! No more of the numerous character downloads on the game page, just one IPA and one APK! This will also mean that you’ll be able to see the icons of your friends on other servers!

The downside to this, and why you should SAVE YOUR ID!!!, is that this switch is a lengthy process of reprogramming much of the backend to the game, meaning that you guys will have to reinstall the game as if it was a Client Update once completed.

This process isn’t usually hard, you just have to redownload the game from the Game Jolt page without deleting the first file, however some people will obviously mess this up. It happens every time. So make sure you save your ID in case you make a mistake during this process, and you’ll be able to have it restored!

This also may require some downtime while we migrate all player accounts, we will make a proper announcement about estimated length closer to when we have to go offline temporarily.

Just to reiterate, SAVE THE ID IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR LOADING SCREEN BEFORE SERVER MIGRATION IN CASE YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT RESTORE!!!
