Little teaser for a mechanic I'm working on, kinda exhausted at the moment though but progress is being made

I like how the recent Orange Edition posts made me realize I haven't worked on the pacifist village in a while. Might as well revisit it since I'm adding something related to it anyway

I've already tweaked Buddy and Rando's sprites a bit but I'm considering respriting them, really happy with these concept sprites I did. Only problem is it'll take forever to redo all the sprites (and idk if the new ones feel TOO different). Any thoughts?
