His body consists of 10 wind turbines. He is the first ever wind powered robot master. His weapon is "Wind Turbine" which sucks Mega Man in close to deal contact damage. His design is a mix between Air Man from Mega Man 2 and Pump Man from Mega Man 10. His turbines can go forward and reverse to switch the current of air flow. Unlike Air Man, leaves don't seem to bother him since he is more of a vacuum-like robot.
