My idea for him was that he once was a normal sans, but he stumbled into a being (idk what kind maybe hyper!sans himself or Delta the time god (ask in my hyper!sans gc for info on delta)) and then that being asked sans if he wanted to help him and if sans accepts he becomes hyper!sans, if not he becomes a new sans that I or someone else nedds to create.

Hyper!sans will have a skeleton of whitegold and his jacket will be white with gold. His Shorts are white with gold. White slippers with gold and a white shirt with a golden Delta symbole (the greec triangle). His eyes will be yellow and his special eye is a clock.

Hyper!sans has full knowledge of everything .aka the multiverse, that there is a person who created him and he breaks the 4th wall like a million times and knows ist a game and that the only reason you are fighting is for the sake of the game. If there are any comics about him he'll say stuff like you guys want me to fight this guy, to the viewer. Hopefully you get what I mean with full meta knowledge now.

He'll be able to create time paradoxes and time stuff very easily and could turn back the time omega flowey style. His power will as great as ink and error, but it would be impossible to kill him because of his time powers.

He'll also deliver 'divine judgement' and judge the fandom, because he is holy, but he is still an 'interdimensional slacker' and he'll think 'outside of the box'.

Geez thats a big rant about my most dearest creation, so please make him popular :P
